Quite true, I've studied both Tai Chi and Qigong off and on over the last 8 years and always miss it when I let it slip away . I return to it and find that it helps me find peace again. Lately I've been studying Cheng Man Ching's style and love it in addition to using Roger Jahnke's Tai Chi Easy.
