My New Yoga Training and Studies Plan

    When injured the last 12 weeks, I did lots of sitting meditation, which was good, but my MA abilities really need to be polished now!

    Yes, doing more yoga and chi kung means less emphasis upon the practice, research, and writing about Chinese Martial Arts. There are only so many hours in a day for polishing this old bowl. I stopped teaching Tai Chi Chuan classes at the Tehama Family Fitness Center in June, 2012. I had taught Tai Chi there for 9 years. I only practice alone at home the 24 Yang form, 108 Yang form, 73 Sun Form, 18 Chen Form, Eight Immortals Cane Form, and 32 sword form.

    Right now, I have the fine opportunity to learn from a master yoga teacher. Having a good mind-body-spirit arts teacher is important to me now.
