I was not surprised to hear in the Republican candidates debate that some favored invading or bombing Iran because they managed to steal one U.S. drone that was spying on Iran, and that we should keep our troops in Afghanistan indefinitely until "victory" is achieved. I am suspicious of those "potential leaders" who too often recommend "kicking ass" as a solution instead of diplomacy, wait and see, accept some minor losses, mind our own business, strategic retreat, and ignoring the little bullies tens of thousands of miles away.
There are real conditions and circumstances and a time for "kicking ass," but far less often than the 'road rage' habits of some politicians.
