Hi,nice to see your post.Mark Cohen made a decent showing in enumerating "THE FIVE (Six) POINTS OF THE FOOT."The idea of standing meditation originates from primordial Daoist philosophy.The colloquialism, "as above, so below" illustrates a single person as a microcosmic impression of paradise. With standing meditation, experts can root into the earth and draw qi into and through their feet. At the same time, qi from the sky channels down and enters through the bai hui (needle therapy point du-20) at the highest point of the head.Good day.
