Cloud Hands Taijiquan
I am currently taking a Saturday class, led by Jill Roth, on the practice of the Tai Chi Sword. We are learning and practicing the standard 32 sword form.
I learned the 32 Sword Form on my own using Dr. Paul Lam's excellent instructional DVD back in 2006. However, I have not practiced this sword form in over five years.
