Working and still retaining vitality. Have you read "Move into Life" by Anat Baniel, 2009? I highly recommended it, especially for people who practise movement in yoga, tai chi, chi kung. Even though the book does not refer to these practices it does present another view of movement and its impact on emotion, mood, character and self development.
