"I wanted to thank you for your web pages on the Tai Chi 32 sword form. I live in a small town in BC in Canada and have no access to any tai chi instuctors, so I started teaching myself from your website. I can't tell you how much learning tai chi has changed my life for the better. I have never felt so balanced and contented. Your website has changed me for the better. Thank you so much, I just cannot express how thankful I am."

Happy Chinese New Year
"Still lie the sheltering snows, undimmed and white;
And reigns the winter's pregnant silence still;
No sign of spring, save that the catkins fill,
And willow stems grow daily red and bright.
These are days when ancients held a rite
Of expiation for the old year's ill,
And prayer to purify the new year's will."
- Helen Hunt Jackson, A Calendar of Sonnet's: February
February: Quotes, Poems, Lore, and Chores
Happy Chinese New Year!!
Professor Bohn told me that "It`s New Year in China: the year of the rat, the element wood, the celestial stem Wu, and earth branch Zi!"
I am going to take a walk now. Enjoy your day.
