I've been reading a lot of Anthony Robbins lately.  I watched the Netflix documentary featuring the Date with Destiny event led by Anthony Robbins. (Personally, this workshop event did not appeal to me.)  I have listened to his lectures on CD.  His style is bold, energetic, and encouraging.  Adapt his suggestions for improving your attitude, emotions, and goals as needed, with individual adaptations.
