Hermann, Yes, doing more yoga and chi kung means less emphasis upon the practice, research, and writing about Chinese Martial Arts. There are only so many hours in a day for polishing this old bowl. I stopped teaching Tai Chi Chuan classes at the Tehama Family Fitness Center in June, 2012. I had taught Tai Chi there for 9 years. I only practice alone at home the 24 Yang form, 108 Yang form, 73 Sun Form, 18 Chen Form, Eight Immortals Cane Form, and 32 sword form.
Right now, I have the fine opportunity to learn from a master yoga teacher. Having a good mind-body-spirit arts teacher is important to me now.
What about CMA?
ReplyDeleteWhen injured the last 12 weeks, I did lots of sitting meditation, which was good, but my MA abilities really need to be polished now!
