  1. Yang Style tai Ji, after many years' training, can be performed in a fast way. Take Yang style long form tai chi hand form (115 or 108 forms) as an example, in a normal pace, the whole tai chi hand forms should be performed between 20 minutes and 50 minutes. A well trained performer can finish the tai ji long forms within 5 minutes with all tai ji principles built in the forms.
