  2. We all learn by doing, by practicing, by becoming a T'ai Chi Ch'uan player, actor, and performer on a daily basis. We never stop learning, stop becoming, stop improving. We accept our limitations and just strive to improve and better ourselves each day. Use a variety of body, mind, and spirit techniques to nurture your seed of interest in these arts. We all need the guidance, instruction, and support from a teacher and others.

Be kind, gentle, and patient with yourself.

    Best wishes,

    Mike

  5. Nobody really knows the "true" Master Chang San-Feng T'ai Chi Ch'uan form. There are a number of instructional DVDs and videos showing a Wundang Taijiquan form they say was created by Master Chang San-Feng. If the Tai Chi Chuan Principles are followed you can use other Tai Chi Chuan form styles: Sun, Yang, Chen; and, accomplish the same positive qigong/taiji results.

    Happy Holidays
