Qigong, Tai Chi Chuan
and physical culture enthusiasts can benefit from using a medicine ball
when doing exercises. There are many routines developed by Taijiquan
and Qigong masters using a medicine ball, e.g., Yang Jwing Ming, Chen Qing Zhou, and Jiang Jian-ye.

The Magic Pearl Qigong can be a very vigorous physical culture routine
if you increase the weight of the ball and the number of repetitions of
each movement.
This is really interesting - I've just bought a medicine ball, never thought about combining with Qigong
