Fortunately, if you live in a free society, you can choose to just quietly non-participate in any "religion" and go your own way. Some family and friends and you might have less in common, and your life paths will separate. If you live in a society where the correct "religion" and its nonsensical rules are forced upon you, that is a painful hell. I prefer freedom, peace, prosperity, knowledge, happiness, and solo mystical experiences; so "religion" is irrelevant to my lifestyle. As George Carlin used to crudely say, "Religion is bullshit; and bad for you."
